Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will occur.
For technical services:
hair over shoulder length add an extra 20%
long hair below shoulder blade and super thick add an extra 30%
all technical services include blow wave but does not include hair cut
whilst we will always quote to the best of our ability please understand that all chemical services are dependent upon consultation and price will be confirmed at the time of service
